These are the pictures that I took at Colorado's statewide Hillel formal on March 5th, 2005. It was held at the Radisson Hotel at Denver Stapleton Plaza, not too shabby, but you can see how much our party looked like a low budget Bar Mitzvah party. At least that's the immage the DJ seemed to be trying to project. The dessert bar was fun though, dispite the lameness of the cash bar. No one can complain about all the drinks being double strong though, even when they're completely overpriced.
There are a few from before at after parties at Ross and Tami's apartment in Boulder. If anyone has any photos you'd like me to post on here, please e-mail them too me at webmistress@violarulz.com, maybe I'll use them, maybe I won't.
Pre-party at Ross and Tami's. Sarah is doing Dorothy's hair and Hannah is getting high on hairspray.
Once all the people we knew for sure were coming actually got there, we took a picture.
Taking pictures made us a little loopy, so we decided it would be fun to make a pyramid.
Erica wanted me to take a picture of her so that she could show her mother how well she cleans up
Finally, after the DJ played a lot of bad music and made announcments for the overpriced photographer, people got dancing. (Ross and Maya take swing classes together and make the rest of us look bad.)

Someone was possed by deamons and took my picture, no, my boobies' picture.
Maybe it was Hannah who took my picture....
People were getting tired at this point in the party. It was around midnight-ish.
Then again, David's always goofy.
Then again, so is Dorothy. Stealing Jakob's hat, what a tease!
This is the only photo I have with Aron in it, he came with Dorothy and dances like a boy-band guy.
Erica took this one as a "Thank You" for taking her picture earlier.

Even Ross and Maya got tired of dancing eventually. As in around 1 or 2 AM.
Some of us older "kids" decided that the overpriced cashbar was worth it at that point and attempted to make the party more interesting.
It worked. The party was MUCH more fun after a drink or two.
You can't see me, but even I can-caned.
But, we eventually got tired and made a last grab at the desert table before going back to Boulder.
Ross and Tami hosted a postparty as well. Around 4 AM I realized I couldn't tell if I was drunk or sleepy/stupid so I slept on the floor with the comforter and pillow I'd brought. Love seats are too small for me to sleep on. Who would have guessed?
